EXODUS: Creating the “Next Generation” of Trainers for Combating Antisemitism
From November 19-22 2025, the Center for Security Studies (KEMEA) in Athens hosted a “Train of Trainers Course” to establish a core team of anti-semitism crime trainers within the Hellenic Police. Through an experiential approach, experienced officers were equipped with essential tools to train their colleagues, focusing on the “3i” model (Identification-Intervention-Investigation), OSINT for digital investigations, victim-centered strategies, and adult education principles. Culminating in practical micro-teaching sessions, these new trainers are now prepared to act as regional and local “multipliers of knowledge” using EXODUS’s specialized educational materials.
